Jeanne BOMARE (APE 2019/PhD 2025) is awarded the Cour des Comptes' 2026 Best Dissertation Award

Jeanne BOMARE (APE 2019/PhD 2025) has been awarded the 2026 Best dissertation award from the Cour des comptes for her research on international taxation.

This annual award recognises doctoral thesis that contribute to the renewal of public management, public finance, and the evaluation of public policies. 

She received this Prize for her thesis entitled “Essays on International Taxation, Transparency and Offshore Real Estate”. Her work, which sits at the intersection of international taxation and offshore real estate, examines the Common Reporting Standard (CRS). This standard organizes the automatic exchange of information between tax authorities. The thesis measures its effects on cross-border real estate investment. It belongs to public economics and the analysis of tax evasion.
