  CAREER UPDATES


Iris LAUGIER (APE 2019) is Economist for the Conseil d'Analyse Economique

Charles LABROUSSE (APE 2021/PhD 2026) is Economist at the Banque de France. 

Valeria COJOCARI (ETE 2015) is Team leader of the Directorate-General for International Partnership at the European Commission.

Alexis POINDRON (ETE 2016) is Senior consultant at Square Management Research Center

Paola MALLIA (PPD 2021/PhD 2026) is Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Notre-Dame



RESEARCH HIGHLIGHTS


Aurélien ESPIC (APE 2011), Lisa KERDELHUE and Julien MATHERON published "Capital requirements in the light of monetary tightening" in the International Journal of Central Banking

Simon BRIOLE (APE 2014/PhD 2019) and Emmanuelle LAVAINE (PhD 2014) published "Does working from home pollute? The environmental effects of WFH" in the European Economic Review.

Simon PORCHER (ETE 2009) just published Nous sommes faits d'eau. L'avenir d'une ressource vitale (Ed. Les corps conduteurs) in which he argues that water should be treated as a shared ressource that requires urgent protection., and explain today's water challenges in a balanced and accessible way. 

Ludovic PANON (ETE 2015) and Flavien MOREAU published "How costly are cartels?" in the American Economic Journal: Macroeconomics.

RECOGNITION & AWARDS


Céline ANTONIN (APE 2009/PhD 2018) was made a Knight in the French National Order of Merite.

Adrien BILAL (APE 2014) and its co-authors received the Frisch Medal Award for their paper "Firm and Worker Dynamics in a Frictional Labor Market".

Clément IMBERT (APE 2007/PhD 2013) and Giuseppe DI MOLFETTA (ETE 2015) have been named junior members of the Institut Universitaires de France
