Growth, AI, and the Common Good (event IN FRENCH)
In partnership with Paris School of Economics, Challenges is organizing the fifth edition of the Common Good Summit on the theme of Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial intelligence is becoming ubiquitous in our lives, especially in everyday conversations. Can we trust it? Does it generate growth? Will it lead us to a world without work? Does it come to the rescue of businesses or employees as a new lever for efficiency? Won’t the energy and water needed to process so much data exhaust the planet? And, if not correctly regulated, does it endanger democracy?
Never before has the arrival of a new technology raised so many questions that go far beyond the economic sphere alone and touch on all aspects of the common good.
Researchers from the Paris School of Economics, business leaders, philosophers, educators, and environmental advocates will gather to discuss these issues on September 25 and 26 at the fifth Common Good Summit.
